604 West Broadway Building Refresh

This building was constructed in the ‘70s using construction materials that were highly fashionable at the time. To refresh the external appearance the client removed the original, dark bronze lobbies and replaced them with two up to date, transparent glass entrance lobbies.

Since the suspended glass system needed to allow for movement at the entrance level, significant attention was paid to allow for vertical movement of the sliding doors whilst resisting wind loads and maintaining a weather seal.
