A unique architectural signature rising above the skyline, Victoria sur le Parc is a 58-storey mixed-use project comprising a residential tower of nearly 400 units and a 10-storey commercial podium. The podium known as 700 St-Jacques houses retail at ground level, common services for residents on the top floor, and office space in between.
Sleek and modern, the glass high rise’s uniquely subtle interplay of angles will create a dynamic sense of space, with a striking V-shaped summit evocative of the project’s name.
The use of stone on its façades roots the podium in its Old Montréal setting. The building’s many windows and its terraces on almost every floor encourages visitors to connect with their surroundings, and a direct entrance on the western side opens onto a large city park.
