The Isabel Bader Centre for Performing Arts at Queen’s University is world-renowned Oslo-based Snøhetta’s first Canadian project, designed in partnership with Ottawa-based architects N45.
The architectural intent was to maximize the view offered by the lake and required minimum visual interference whilst offering a high degree of thermal insulation. The corner supporting patch fitting system eliminated the need for holes in the glass and maximized the visual transparency of this beautiful wall.
