Fixed Stand-off (23.8mm Spacer) (Tapered-Face) (HSS-Mount)

When you need a moderate amount of space between glass & mounting surface (23.8mm or 1” to be exact) – this is the stand-off for you!
This stand-off has a tapered outer face and mounts to thin-walled HSS via supplied Stella nutsert.

You’ll be steered to select this stand-off over our other ST503 (adjustable stand-off on this site) for any one of the following reasons:

• you’re looking to match an existing non-adjustable stand-off
• you’ve got a tighter budget and you’re sure that your mounting surface is even – you don’t need the adjustability features of our ST503 (if your surface is uneven….you’ll go back to adding shims)
• you have complete access for installation – this product doesn’t offer a front-mounting option
• you want a moderate amount of space between underside of glass to the mounting surface (makes it easier to clean!) – this product offers 23.8mm [1”] between glass and mounting surface

When you order from Stella – you get the complete assembly.
This stand-off is supplied with all the components you need to install – fibre gaskets, ferrule bushing and your chosen attachment to affix this stand-off to your mounting surface.
Note that we can modify this product for your application if you want – offering you choices for gaskets, stand-off lengths, and mounting hardware…custom is part of our name!

Complete with Stella Nutsert to allow easy install onto HSS profiles
“Nutsert” is a Stella Innovation – a labour/cost-saving alternative to drilling and tapping and works well for thin-walled HSS (1/4” to ½” thick).
It functions like a rivet nut and forms a collar on the inside of the HSS.

Looking for something different than our standard brushed finish?

Change the colour with Stella Spectrum – a HCC (hard ceramic coating) finish.
Gold and matte black are common requests.
